• Kosher salt, for garnish
  • 4 oz. ginger beer
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz. Modern Matriarch Amber Rum
  • 2 lime slices, for garnish


Step 1: Place kosher salt in a shallow dish. Dip the rim of a 12-oz. cocktail glass in water and immediately dip in salt; set aside.

Step 2: Fill prepared glass with ice. Pour ginger beer and lime juice into glass; top with rum. Stir gently. Garnish with skewered lime slices, if desired.
