• 1-1/2 oz. Modern Matriarch Silver Rum
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz. fresh orange juice
  • 1 dash bitters
  • 1 tsp. grenadine
  • 2 maraschino cherries
  • Pineapple wedge, for garnish


Step 1: Add 1/2 cup ice, rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and bitters to a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake well to blend ingredients.

 Step 2: Strain into an ice-filled 6-oz. cocktail glass. Pour grenadine on top. Add maraschino cherries and, if desired, garnish with pineapple wedge.
