• 1 ounce Modern Matriarch Salted Caramel Rum

  • 1 ounce coffee liqueur

  • 4 ounces half and half cream

  • 1 teaspoon caramel sauce

  • pinch sea salt

  • whipped cream in a can optional


  1. Drizzle caramel sauce inside the rim of an old-fashioned glass OR a mug, let it drip down.
  2.  Fill the glass with ice.
  3.  Add the rum and liqueur alcohols. Pour half and half over the alcohol.
  4.  Can add a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
  5.  Drizzle a little more caramel sauce over the top. Sprinkle with sea salt.
